Infiplex Electronics is a brand registered under the parent company of M/s INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD and for all commercial agreements the parent company shall be the sole vendor/ supplier as applicable. With customer believed the natural or legal person who orders products, and the order is received and accepted by INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD. With Product believed electromechanical components, connectors, switches, crystal products, relays, sounders, cables, power supplies and other goods INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD offers for sale and delivery, including goods to replace defective goods, hardware documentation and also software products that we have given our customers the right to use.
These general conditions apply as contractual basis for all INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD supplies of all products and covers all the conditions and unless the parties have agreed in writing otherwise when ordering, customer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms. Customers own terms will have no effect on the agreement. The contents of these terms may be extended or changed by INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD with 30 days written notice. For an order to be binding on INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD , should the order be confirmed in writing by INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD before the delivery is performed. Although slip may contain terms and conditions that deviate from these terms, it is INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD India conditions that apply. The customer is responsible for his choice of products like for his use of these and the achieved results. Following customer advice and guidance given by INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD employees or dealers for storage, application or use of the product and this is not given in writing, it is the customer’s sole risk and INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD shall not be liable.
All offers submitted understood to confirmation and are – if not stated otherwise – valid for 10 days from the date of the offer. Furthermore, the sale of goods offered always reserved, whether listed or not. If the goods agreed to be delivered at a fixed time, are not timely removed and paid for by the customer, INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD can sell / dispose the goods against the customer’s bill , or store the goods on behalf of the client so that the client pays the storage costs. When goods shall be stored at the customer’s expense and risk. If the customer does not comply with the agreed terms of payment while, then INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD shall not be required to make further deliveries.

The products come with warranties which the manufacturer or supplier offers INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD . The customer cannot get any additional product warranty from INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD .. Warranty period is not extended due to Cabcon A/S repair faults or make replacement delivery of the products. INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD shall not be liable for errors caused by incorrect use, changes or accident. The manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty expanded or curtailed not affected by any further obligations or liability for INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD because of that INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD has exercised technical advice or service in connection with the supply of products. INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD responsibility for errors in a delivered product is limited to the above and the customer is not entitled to any other compensation in the event of defects in the delivered product.INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD assumes no liability for consequential damages or losses, regardless of whether they are on contract, tort, misinformation, etc., which may arise from or in connection with our delivery of goods to the customer.
We realize our clientele may want to conduct quality audits before onboarding INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD as a supplier. Kindly note we only function a sourcing organization with no manufacturing under our organization or brand. We can conduct factory audits with our suppliers to our clientele after agreement of non-compete and non-disclosure with the prospective client. Our function is limited to sourcing, supply chain management and financial cycle management along with development and manufacturing technical data sharing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the products upon receipt regarding any errors or violations. Does the customer by his study of product malfunction or damage the customer must complain in writing and without undue delay not later than 5 business days from receipt. Otherwise, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products.
Items cannot be returned without prior written agreement with INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD . Always remember to give up goods, delivery note- and reference number and the name of the person with which the return is agreed. Without this information, the product will not be credited.
To the extent otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions, the following shall apply with respect to product liability: INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD shall only be liable for personal injury if it is proven that the damage was caused by errors or omissions by INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD. INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD shall not be liable for damage to real or personal property occurring while the goods are in the customers possession.
INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD is entitled to extend an agreed timetable in the event of labor dispute, war, sabotage, fire, water damage, burglary, governmental regulations, errors, breaches, delay in energy supply, telephone connection or other communications in transport or subcontractors’ performance or other circumstances beyond INDU DIE BLOCKS PVT LTD or suppliers control, which prevents the execution of delivery.
Legal Issues for disputes to be treated in accordance with Indian law and must be settled by the High Court in Mumbai.
